How can I place an order?
To place an order, simply browse our selection, add your desired iPhone to the cart, and proceed to checkout.
What financing options are available?
Currently, we have easy EMIs through Forever Upgrade. It’s more like “Phone on Rent”. Through this option, you pay just 65% of the price over 24 months and then in the 25th month, you can either choose to keep the phone by paying the remaining 35% or give the phone back to us to upgrade more.
What steps do I need to follow to avail the exchange offer?
- Enter your pincode and answer a few questions about your phone.
- You’ll get a price for your old phone and exchange bonus that will be deducted from your new phone purchase price.
- Enter IMEI. You can find it by dialling *#06#
- Your old device will be collected when your order is delivered after a quick evaluation.
Can I exchange more than one device for a new device?
No, you can only exchange one device for a new purchase.
At the time of pickup, what if the condition of the old device does not match to the one I provided?
If the condition doesn’t match, our executive will present a new price as per the actual condition. If you agree, you may continue with the exchange. You may also choose to cancel the exchange if it doesn’t match your expectations.
